Consultants at ChapterHouse will manage projects from the design through the integration of the work as well as serve as the client interface. Additionally, we develop analyses from the simple to complex as determined by the client and project scope.
Specific elements of the role include:
Manages a section of work from the simple to complex, understands the scope of the total project and designs an approach
Determines the resources needed to complete the project, selects methodology and works with the team to complete the
work
Develops the recommendations, integrates with the project, manages the client interface and prepares decks
Manages a project which includes the executive relationship, organizing the team, structuring the work plan, completing the work, introducing the work to the client and developing the implications for the client
Manages SBU relationships by building a development strategy, deep trust-based relationships and drives the business impact of the project or more than one project
Manages company relationships by becoming the trusted advisor to the CEO and the Board, improves total company performance and leads multiple engagements for the client over time
The Candidate
The ideal candidate holds an MBA
2-7 years (or more) of strategy consulting experience
A strong interest and/or background in healthcare
Prior experience in one of the global strategy consulting firms
Prior consulting experience with payer, provider or services organizations is a plus
Superior consulting and analytic skills are a must

Marketing Research Consultants are responsible for identifying and gathering market data, using advanced analytical techniques to interpret the data and presenting the findings to both ChapterHouse and client constituents.
Specific elements of the role include:
Project Management
Advisement to colleagues and clients regarding the appropriate statistical methods to solve a defined business/research project
Work with clients and colleagues to define complex business objectives
Development of reports containing actionable recommendations based upon the employed techniques
Act as lead Market Researcher on multiple project engagements at a time
Organize all research and data analytics
Educate and train others regarding statistical methods
Manage client deliverables with Graphics department
Recommend new products and enhancements to evolving statistical methods.
Data Analysis
Work with complex databases and raw data in Access, Excel, SPSS, SAS and other programs
Use a range of statistical techniques including cluster, factor, discriminate, strategic choices and conjoint to segment multiple
data sets
Conduct in-depth analyses using traditional and advanced methods
Work independently with minimal supervision within a team setting
Research
Conduct primary and secondary research including survey design and primary data collection
Oversee the design of research questionnaires and moderator guides to ensure the necessary data is captured
Consult with clients and private sources to obtain necessary information and data
Conduct and manage web-based and telephone surveys of various groups within the healthcare space
Our ideal candidate will have:
MS/MA or Ph.D. degree with a concentration in Economics, Behavioral Sciences, Statistics or Mathematics research
2-8 years of work experience within the custom Market Research industry or applied use of multivariate statistics
Strong analytic, quantitative and critical thinking skills
Experience in statistical modeling and analysis—including multivariate and conjoint analysis
Proficient understanding of complex statistical techniques
Expertise with Excel, Access, SPSS and SAS
Exceptional written, oral and presentation communication abilities
Ability to work efficiently in teams and strong interpersonal skills
Comfort in working in an entrepreneurial environment and demonstrate the ability to function as an independent consultant
