Consultant

Consultants at ChapterHouse will manage projects from the design through the integration of the work as well as serve as the client interface. Additionally, we develop analyses from the simple to complex as determined by the client and project scope.  

Specific elements of the role include:
Blue_bullet  Manages a section of work from the simple to complex, understands the scope of the total project and designs an approach 
Blue_bullet  Determines the resources needed to complete the project, selects methodology and works with the team to complete the
    work 
Blue_bullet  Develops the recommendations, integrates with the project, manages the client interface and prepares decks
Blue_bullet  Manages a project which includes the executive relationship, organizing the team, structuring the work plan, completing the     work, introducing the work to the client and developing the implications for the client 
Blue_bullet  Manages SBU relationships by building a development strategy, deep trust-based relationships and drives the business impact of     the project or more than one project
Blue_bullet  Manages company relationships by becoming the trusted advisor to the CEO and the Board, improves total company     performance and leads multiple engagements for the client over time

The Candidate
Blue_bullet  The ideal candidate holds an MBA
Blue_bullet  2-7 years (or more) of strategy consulting experience
Blue_bullet  A strong interest and/or background in healthcare
Blue_bullet  Prior experience in one of the global strategy consulting firms
Blue_bullet  Prior consulting experience with payer, provider or services organizations is a plus
Blue_bullet  Superior consulting and analytic skills are a must

Market Research Consultant

Marketing Research Consultants are responsible for identifying and gathering market data, using advanced analytical techniques to interpret the data and presenting the findings to both ChapterHouse and client constituents.    

Specific elements of the role include:

Project Management
Blue_bullet  Advisement to colleagues and clients regarding the appropriate statistical methods to solve a defined business/research project
Blue_bullet  Work with clients and colleagues to define complex business objectives
Blue_bullet  Development of reports containing actionable recommendations based upon the employed techniques
Blue_bullet  Act as lead Market Researcher on multiple project engagements at a time
Blue_bullet  Organize all research and data analytics
Blue_bullet  Educate and train others regarding statistical methods
Blue_bullet  Manage client deliverables with Graphics department
Blue_bullet  Recommend new products and enhancements to evolving statistical methods.

Data Analysis
Blue_bullet  Work with complex databases and raw data in Access, Excel, SPSS, SAS and other programs
Blue_bullet  Use a range of statistical techniques including cluster, factor, discriminate, strategic choices and conjoint to segment multiple
    data sets
Blue_bullet  Conduct in-depth analyses using traditional and advanced methods
Blue_bullet  Work independently with minimal supervision within a team setting

Research
Blue_bullet  Conduct primary and secondary research including survey design and primary data collection
Blue_bullet  Oversee the design of research questionnaires and moderator guides to ensure the necessary data is captured
Blue_bullet  Consult with clients and private sources to obtain necessary information and data
Blue_bullet  Conduct and manage web-based and telephone surveys of various groups within the healthcare space

Our ideal candidate will have:
Blue_bullet  MS/MA or Ph.D. degree with a concentration in Economics, Behavioral Sciences, Statistics or Mathematics research
Blue_bullet  2-8 years of work experience within the custom Market Research industry or applied use of multivariate statistics
Blue_bullet  Strong analytic, quantitative and critical thinking skills
Blue_bullet  Experience in statistical modeling and analysis—including multivariate and conjoint analysis
Blue_bullet  Proficient understanding of complex statistical techniques
Blue_bullet  Expertise with Excel, Access, SPSS and SAS
Blue_bullet  Exceptional written, oral and presentation communication abilities
Blue_bullet  Ability to work efficiently in teams and strong interpersonal skills
Blue_bullet  Comfort in working in an entrepreneurial environment and demonstrate the ability to function as an independent consultant
Blue_bullet  Enthusiasm to grow and develop a new research area within the firm
