Partner

The Partner’s role at ChapterHouse is a mix of client and project management, business development, firm development and team management. The main focus for this position is to deliver outstanding client product, while striving to add tremendous value to client organizations and building durable, trust-based relationships. A Partner’s success will be measured by the ability to bring in new business relationships to the firm. Some of the major initiatives that will be addressed by this person will have a national focus. These projects include working with both payers and providers to address cost versus quality of care issues, the affordability crisis and enhancing the healthcare delivery model.

There are currently 6 Partners at ChapterHouse who manage teams of principals, consultants and analysts depending on project size and scope.

Our ideal candidate will have:
Blue_bullet  7 plus years of healthcare strategy consulting experience 
Blue_bullet  An undergraduate degree with an MBA and/or an MD is required
Blue_bullet  The ability to run major engagements, develop and manage senior client relationships and deliver impactful results 
Blue_bullets  A high degree of confidence and self esteem
Blue_bullet  Team player, must seek and include others’ input, make him/her accessible to others, answer questions and share expertise
Blue_bullet  Is constantly in need of a challenge and the rewards which accompany success

The successful candidate will have:
Blue_bullet  Integrity, a bias for action, client-focus, interpersonal flexibility and will be proactive, a quick study and able to exercise extreme     self control
Blue_bullet  Strong logic and critical thinking skills
Blue_bullet  Strong analytical skills and experience conducting quantitative and qualitative data analysis
Blue_bullet  Strong track record of leading successful engagements and enhancing client relationships

Blue_bullet  Experience mentoring and guiding the professional development of staff members
Blue_bullet  Superior business development and project management skills
Blue_bullet  Ability to anticipate future trends accurately
Blue_bullet  Proven ability to be a positive member of the management team
