The Principal’s role at ChapterHouse is a mix of client and project management, business development, firm development, and administrative and team management. The main focus for this position is to deliver outstanding client product, while striving to add tremendous value to client organizations and building durable, trust-based relationships. The principal’s success will be measured by the ability to take on larger and more complex projects, and to start bringing in new business relationships to the firm. Some of the major initiatives that will be addressed by this person will have a national focus. These projects include working with both payers and providers to address cost versus quality of care issues, the affordability crisis and enhancing the healthcare delivery model.

Principals at ChapterHouse report to the six Managing Partners of the firm, and manage teams of consultants and analysts depending on project size and scope.
Our ideal candidate will have:
4-7 years of health care strategy consulting experience
An undergraduate degree with an MBA and/or an MD is required
The ability to run major engagements, manage senior client relationships and deliver impactful results
A high degree of confidence and self esteem to be able to tolerate uncertainty and ambiguity, to directly ask for what they
want and to candidly discuss problems with their clients or management team
Team player, must seek and include others’ input, make him/her accessible to others, answer questions and share expertise,
and share credit for success and accomplishments with others
Is constantly in need of a challenge and the rewards which accompany success
The successful candidate will have:
